agent to users. If the deployment is for a new installation, users must restart their device and manually complete the installation process and enable Work Mode or activate Safe Mode (macOS
devices only). If the deployment is an upgrade, users must restart their devices for the upgrade to complete. The CylanceGATEWAY
agent configurations are retained, and no additional action is required by users.Download a copy of the
CylanceGATEWAY
agent for macOS
and Windows
from the BlackBerry website and save it to a location on your computer.- Open a command prompt and run as administrator.
- Navigate to the location where you saved theCylanceGATEWAYagents. Complete one of the following tasks.
