Specify your private DNS
You can provide the settings for your private DNS to help
CylanceGATEWAY
route traffic within your private network. You can specify the IP addresses of your DNS servers, the domain names delegated to your DNS servers for forward lookups, and the CIDRs delegated to your DNS servers for reverse lookups. You can get this information from your network administrator.- On the menu bar, clickSettings > Network.
- Click thePrivate Networktab.
- ClickDNS.
- To specify a DNS server, perform the following actions:
- ClickDNS Servers.
- ClickAdd DNS Server.
- Type the IP address for your DNS server and clickAdd.
- To specify a domain for forward lookups, perform the following actions:
- ClickForward Lookup Zone.
- ClickAdd Forward Zone.
- Type a domain name and clickAdd.
If you do not specify a forward lookup zone, theCylanceGATEWAY Connectorhealth check will fail. - To specify a CIDR for reverse lookups, perform the following actions:
