Configure the session and idle timeout limits
You can specify how long an administrator can remain logged in to the management console before they are signed out, even if the session is active. You can also specify how long a session is allowed to remain idle before the administrator is logged out of the console.
- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > Authentication.
- On theSettingstab, in theConsole Timeoutsection, configure theSession timeoutlimit.Administrators will receive a countdown prompt a few minutes before the console timeout limit is reached that will allow them to authenticate again to continue the session. If the administrator does not actively respond to the prompt by clickingVerifyand logging in again, they are logged out when the timeout limit is reached.
