, you must install the CylanceOPTICS
agent on the device. You download the CylanceOPTICS
agent installer from the management console, then run it on devices using your organization’s preferred method. For example, you can have IT administrators pre-install the agent on devices before providing them to users, or you can push the installation using a trusted software distribution process.- Review the CylanceOPTICS software requirements.
- You must install theCylancePROTECT Desktopagent on devices before you install theCylanceOPTICSagent.
- If you want to install theCylanceOPTICSagent onmacOSBig Sur (11.x) or later devices, see Configuration requirements for macOS 11.x and later.
- If you want to use a supported RMM solution to install theCylanceOPTICSagent on devices, see Using RMM solutions to install the Cylance agents on devices.
- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > Deployments.
- In theProductdrop-down list, clickCylanceOPTICS.
