View advanced reports
There are two methods you can use to view an advanced report. You can select a report from the Advanced Reports screen, or go directly to a specific report from the Users tab of the alert report page for a sent alert.
To view advanced reports from the Advanced Reports screen, complete the following steps:
- In the navigation bar, clickAlerts>Sent Alerts.
- Click a live or ended alert.
- On the alert details screen, clickAdvanced Reports.
- In theReportsection, select a report from theSelect a Reportlist.
- Select a report type to view.The report opens in a new browser screen.
To view an advanced report for a specific set of users from the Sent Alerts screen, complete the following steps:
- In the navigation bar, clickAlerts>Sent Alerts.
- Click a live alert or ended alert.
- Click theUserstab.
- Do one of the following:
- In theSent Detailssection, selectUser Listfrom the drop-down menu next toTargeted,Sent, orIn Progress or Failedto go directly to an Advanced Report that lists users in that category.
- In theResponse Detailssection, selectUser Listfrom the drop-down menu next toRespondedorNot Respondedto go directly to an Advanced Report that lists users who have responded or have not responded to the alert.
