Unable to connect to external database

If
CylanceON-PREM
is unable to connect to the external database (for example, the database is powered off), you will receive an error message. The error message displayed depends on the page in the
CylanceON-PREM
console.
The following
CylanceON-PREM
console pages are still accessible when the external database is not available: Rules, User Management, Role Management, Audit Logs, and Settings.
