Setting up email notifications for CylanceON-PREM
CylanceON-PREM
You can enable email notifications to alert administrators when any new quarantined, unsafe, or abnormal threat events were detected in the past hour. Email messages are sent at the top of the hour. If none of the threats that you've chosen to be notified about are detected, no email message is sent. If more than 20 of the threats that you've chosen to be notified about are detected in the last hour, the total number of threats will be displayed in the New count, but the email message will contain only 20. A .csv file that contains the threat data will be attached to the email message. If you expected to receive an email message but did not, check the Audit Log to see if the system was not able to send it.
There is no column in the email notification to display the number of Waived threats. However, the number displayed in the “New” column includes any Waived threats that were found in the past hour.
