Configure a static IP address for CylanceON-PREM

This task is for
CylanceON-PREM
instances that need to use a static IP address.The best practice is to avoid using static IPs for the VM. If you want to use a static IP, you must populate all required fields during the configuration to prevent falling back to DHCP. For troubleshooting, enter recovery mode and use
nmcli
commands to manually configure the settings.- Log in to the VM that you deployed using the DHCP-assigned IP address.
- Navigate toSettings > Network Configuration.
- Enter the static IP, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS information.
- Save and apply the settings.
- Reboot the VM and confirm the static IP settings.
