CylancePROTECT Mobile
alerts- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickProtection > Protect Mobile Alerts.For more information about theCylancePROTECT Mobilealerts that can display on this screen, see Mobile threats detected by the CylancePROTECT Mobile app.
- Optionally, do any of the following:
- To view available details for an alert (for example, the detection time or first installation time), click the alert.
- To group alerts, click theGroup bydrop-down list and click an option.
- To sort the alerts in ascending or descending order by a column, click the name of the column.
- To filter the alerts, click on a column and type or select the filter criteria.
- To ignore one or more alerts, select the alerts and clickIgnore. ClickIgnoreagain to confirm.
- To export the results to a .csv file, click . ClickExport.
You can use the following information to add an app or certificates to the CylancePROTECT Mobile safe or restricted list:
- ForiOSsideloaded app threats, theNamecolumn displays the common name of the developer certificate.
- ForAndroidmalicious and sideloaded app threats, theDescriptioncolumn displays the SHA256 hash of the app.
