Use
Copy link
to capture the link location for a file in one of your workspaces, and save it for easy access or to send the link to another BlackBerry Workspaces
user. If the user you send a copied link to, does not have permissions, they can chose to request access permissions. Sending a copied link gives access to the original file in your workspace while sending a copy of a file creates a new instance of the file each time you perform the action. - Select the desired file.
- In the action toolbar, clickCopy linkicon .The link is copied to your clipboard.
- Paste the link and share or send it as you would any other web link. The file link is shared or sent. Users with existing permissions to the file will be able to gain file access via the link. Users with no access will be prompted to request access permissions from the file owner.
