Manage your account
You can change your username, web application language, and set your file activity email setting.
- Click >Account settings.
- In theNamefield, type the name that you want to use for your account. The name you set here is used when you share documents, request access to files, and so on.By default, your name is your email address.
- In theLanguagefield, select the desired language.
- In theNotificationsfield, selectWeb app notificationsto enable notifications in the web app. You can choose from the following options:
- @mentions on file comments: Receive a notification when someone mentions you in a comment.
- Replies on comments that mention you: Receive a notification when someone mentions you when they reply to a comment.
- Items shared with me: Receive a notification when a file is shared with you.
- Edits to files shared with me: Receive a notification when a file that is shared with you is edited.
- Requests for access: Receive a notification when someone requests permission to access a file.
- If you want to receive daily emails about the activity of your files, enableSend me a daily file activity report email. Your administrator may disable this option.
- ClickApply.
