You can edit
Microsoft
Office
files if you have permission to do so. The BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application
launches the appropriate Microsoft
Office
app when you want to edit a file. If you have BlackBerry Workspaces
for Windows
on your computer, you can also open the files from your Workspaces
sync folder and edit them.If your organization is using
Microsoft
Office
Online, you can edit the files in your browser. Any changes you make are saved automatically. Install
BlackBerry Workspaces
for Windows
- Browse to theMicrosoft Officefile in the content area and do one of the following:
- Hover over the file and clickEdit.
- Click >Edit.
- Do one of the following:
- To open the file in the appropriateMicrosoft Officeapp that is installed on your computer, when prompted, open theBlackBerry WorkspacesLauncher.
- To open the file in your browser usingMicrosoft OfficeOnline, clickEdit with Office Online.
- Edit and save your file.
