Edit access
- Navigate to the workspace, folder, or file that you want to edit access to.
- In thePermissionstab on the management pane, select the desired entity.
- Next to the entity that you want to edit, click and selectEdit.
- To edit group details, do the following:
- To change the group's name, select the current group name and type a new name.
- To change the group's description, click the box containing the current group description and type a new description.
- Select the desiredRole. For more information, see Roles.Roleappears when editing access to a workspace or folder only.
- Select the desiredPermission. For more information see Permissions.TheAdvanced Rights Managementpermissions set is available forBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES Mode andBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES (Restrict Full Access) Mode only. For more information, contact your organization administrator.
- In theFile expirationlist, set the time when the file will no longer be accessible by the recipients. Select a specific date, a time period from the list, or never.If you selectSpecific date, click and choose the desired date from the calendar.
- In theWatermarklist, set whether the file is displayed with a watermark when viewed using aWorkspacesviewer.
- In theCommentinglist, selectOnto enable commenting.
- ClickApply.Your changes are saved.
