Permission access levels
Workspace members in the
Permissions
tab are displayed with an access level icon. The following table provides a description of each icon:Access level icon | Description |
|---|---|
 | This icon indicates that the workspace member has full access permissions. |
 | This icon indicates that the workspace member has Advanced Rights Management permissions, meaning that they can view files online and download protected files. |
 | This icon indicates that the workspace member has online only tracked access. |
