View previous versions of a file
You can view a list of the previous versions of a file. You can view the previous versions and download them if you have permission.
- In the content area, locate the file that you want to view the previous version for.
- Beside the file, click
> Previous versions.A list of the previous versions appears. - Beside the version that you want to view, click > View.The previous version is opened in the online viewer.
