Recover workspaces from ransomware
Ransomware is a form of cryptovirology extortion, in which your data
is encrypted and the attacker demands payment to restore access to that data. Ransomware
Recovery allows an organization administrator to recover workspaces infected by
malicious software. Workspace files are reverted to a point in time prior to the
ransomware infection. If you fall victim to a ransomware attack and are unable to access
your Workspaces content, do not communicate with or negotiate payment with the
attacker!
- Contact your organization administrator.
- Provide details of the affected workspaces, and the time at which you believe the ransomware attack occurred. The organization administrator will revert your workspaces to a state prior to the ransomware event.
