Use the free draw tool
You can use the free draw tool to annotate a document in your own style. You can customize the color, thickness, and transparency of the lines. You can click the annotation and change the customization, or drag the annotation to move it where you want it.
- Open the document in the online viewer.
- Select the free draw tool on the toolbar. The customization toolbar appears.
- If necessary, click
to show the annotations toolbar. - On the annotations toolbar, you can customize the following attributes of the free draw tool:
- Change the color of the lines
- Change the thickness of the lines
- Change the transparency of the lines
The tool changes according to your selection. To change another attribute, repeat this step. - Click and drag on the document to draw on it.The annotation is saved automatically.
