Reply to a comment
- In the content area, locate the file that you want to add a reply to.
- In the right pane, click theCommentstab.
- Below the comment that you want to reply to, click theReplyfield.
- Type your reply. To mention someone, type@followed by an email address (for example, @johndoe@example.com). Click the email address or name from the list.
- ClickReply.Your reply is posted below the original comment. If you mentioned someone, they receive an email notification.
If someone that you mentioned does not have the necessary permissions to access the file, a workspace administrator receives an email notifying them that you are requesting permissions on their behalf.
If you are the workspace administrator, you can click
Give permissions
to grant access to the file.
