Enterprise Administrator

The Enterprise Administrator role is used by customers who have multiple organizations to manage as part of an enterprise or super enterprise. Enterprise Administrator is the most powerful role in the super enterprise or enterprise and should be reserved for users who need to have access to everything in them.
