to communicate with the world. You can type quickly and accurately with features like autocorrection, prediction, custom text shortcuts, or type by swiping. The keyboard gets more accurate over time as it learns how and what you tend to type, and you can type and receive predictions and corrections in multiple languages.

Depending on your device model, you might have a touch screen keyboard, or both a touch screen keyboard and a touch-sensitive physical keyboard. Both types of keyboards support swipe gestures: you can flick word suggestions up onto the screen, swipe left across the keyboard to delete a word, or swipe down to quickly access numbers and symbols. You also have quick access to voice dictation, emojis, fine cursor control, and your clipboard.
