Text shortcuts
You can create shortcuts for frequently used phrases or information.
When you type a shortcut, the phrase or info is inserted for you. For example, you could
have the keyboard insert the phrase
Best wishes
when you type bw
.In some languages, helpful text shortcuts are available by default. For
example, in English, you can type
mynumber
to
insert your phone number, or ld
to insert today's
date. To see which shortcuts are available in your language, swipe down from the top of
the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger. Tap > Language & input
