Open the
BlackBerry Workspaces
File Activities
panel to track actions performed
on files you have sent with collaboration enabled.- InMicrosoft Outlook, select the mail that you have sent or received where collaboration is enabled.
- In theHomeribbon, clickFile Activities.The File Activities panel appears with details of activities performed on the file.
- To view the latest version of the file, clickViewunder any of the file activities.
- To download the latest version of the file, clickDownloadunder any of the file activities.
- Where the list of activities is clipped, for example where there is more than one attachment, clickMoreto view all activities.
