Acknowledge a file

A read file acknowledgement request may be implemented on files in a workspace, or on files sent via
BlackBerry Workspaces
 requiring the file recipient to complete an acknowledgement process when the file has been read. This feature is set by organizational policy.
  1. Open the file in the
    BlackBerry Workspaces Viewer
    .
    When opened, you will see a
    Read acknowledgement required
     banner at the top of the file.
  2. Once you have read the file, click
    Click here to acknowledge you have read the file
     at the bottom of the file.
    Notification of your acknowledgement is sent to the workspace administrator or file sender.
