Manage permissions for sent files

Manage permissions for your sent files in the

BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application

Access and sign in to the

BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application

Go to

Sent items

Select the sent item that you want to manage permissions for, and access the

Permissions

panel.

Change the current permissions per user, revoke the permissions, or add new users to the file, as desired.

The permissions are updated automatically. If you revoked permissions, the file is no longer available to the recipient and removed from their received files.
