Access a document in a
Dropbox
 repository

  • Your
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     administrator must configure a connection to your organization’s
    Dropbox
     repository before you can access your
    Dropbox
     files.
  • You must first log in to
    Dropbox
     through one of the
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     clients (
    BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application
    ,
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     for
    iOS
    , or
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     for
    Android
    ). You must also accept any
    Dropbox
     folder invitations in one of the clients before you can manage them in
    Workspaces
    .
  1. In a
    Microsoft Office
     file, click
    File > Open
    .
  2. Click
    Workspaces
    .
  3. Click
    Open from Workspaces
    .
  4. Select your
    Dropbox
     repository.
  5. Select the file that you want to open.
