Manage permission requests

  1. Click the Workspaces icon in the taskbar and select the request that you want to manage.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click
      Approve
      . Permission is granted based on the default permissions. An approval notification is sent to the user.
    • Click
      Deny
      . A denial notification is sent to the user.
    • Click
      Manage
      . A management page opens where you can select the Approve by adding the user as an individual or Approve by adding the user to a group options. Note that adding a user to an existing group grants the new user access to all files the selected group is permitted to access.
