Synchronize folders
When you select a folder to synchronize, any sub-folders in the folder will also be synchronized.
- Click the Workspaces icon in the taskbar, and click> Preferences > Sync.
- In theWorkspacescolumn, click the checkbox beside a workspace to select all folders and files in the workspace to be synchronized. Note that any new folders that you create in the workspace after you select the workspace for synchronization will be automatically synchronized as well.
- To synchronize specific folders, in theWorkspacescolumn, click the>icon to expand a workspace, and click the checkbox beside a folder to select all subfolders and files in the folder to be synchronized. Note that not all files and folders can be synchronized with theBlackBerry Workspacesserver. Some file types are not supported, and in addition, your organization administrator may prevent some file types from synchronizing withBlackBerry Workspaces. Hidden files and folders are not synced. If you encounter problems synchronizing files or folders, contact yourBlackBerry Workspacesadministrator.
- To synchronize files inside a folder, use the checkboxes in the column. Note that you cannot use the checkbox in the column to deselect the last folder in the hierarchy.
- ClickApply.
- ClickOK.
