Edit access
To edit access to a workspace, folder, or file:
- Next to the desired workspace, folder, or file, tap.Manage Access
- Next to the workspace member, group, or domain for which you wish to edit access, tap.Manage Permissions
- In theRolearea, tap and select the desired role. For more information, see Roles.If you set the role of anActive Directorygroup to Administrator, this rolecannotbe changed later. If you set the role of anActive Directorygroup to Contributor or Visitor, the rolecannotbe changed to Administrator at a later time.
- Tap to return toAdd new permissions.
- In thePermissionsarea, tap and select the desired permissions set. For more information see Permissions.TheDownload protectedpermissions set is available forBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES Mode andBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES (Restrict Full Access) Mode only. For more information, contact your organization administrator.
- Tap to return toAdd new permissions.
- To set the time when the file is no longer be accessible by the recipients, tap in theEXPIRATIONarea, and select the desired time period. If you selectSpecific date, choose the date and time, and then tap to return to the previous screen.
- Tap to return toAdd new permissions.
- In theWatermarkarea, tap to toggle whether or not PDF files are displayed with a watermark.Watermarks are set according to organizational policy. When permissions are set toFull access, watermarks are only displayed on PDF files. When permissions are set to any of theDownload protectedpermissions, watermarks are not displayed on Office files.
- TapDone.The permission changes are saved.
