Get service
Services are actions initiated by the user from the system tray that can trigger desktop app actions (system services), open a browser window, navigate to a specific URL, and launch local applications.
Services are configured in the Desktop App menu in the
BlackBerry AtHoc
management system. For testing access to Self Service, an end user can paste the GS URL in the address bar of a browser and try to bring up Self Service. However, since 00 is the user ID and 01 is the session ID, the URL is specific to the user and to the session. Self Service should launch for the end user provided that the session has not expired. The same URL does not open Self Service for another user.
