- In theUserssection, clickUser Authentication.
- On theUser Authenticationscreen, in theAssign Authentication Methods to Applicationssection, select one of the following authentication methods for Management System from theAuthentication Methodlist:
- Username and Password: This option requires users to sign in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system using theirBlackBerry AtHocusername and password. This option is selected by default and cannot be deselected.
- Single Sign-On: This option enables the use of an external URL for single sign-on. When this option is selected, the Sign In URL is auto populated. If an organization code is available, the URL format is: <server>/client/organization-code. If an organization code is not available, the URL format is: <server>/client/provider-ID. For more information, see Enable single sign-on as an authentication method.
