Subscribe a single user
- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system.
- ClickUsers>Users.
- On theUsersscreen, select a user from the list.
- On the user profile screen, clickEdit User.
- On the user profile screen, in theOrganization Subscriptionssection, clickAdd Subscription.
- On theSubscribe Organizationscreen, select an organization from the list.
- ClickApply.
- In theOrganization Subscriptionssection, enter a date or click to select a start date for the subscription.
- Optionally, click to set an end date for the subscription.
- Optionally, repeat Steps 5 to 9 to subscribe the user to additional organizations. You can subscribe the user to a maximum of 10 available organizations.
- ClickSave.
The user can now be targeted in alerts and events from their subscribed organizations.
