is available when the following conditions are met:- Your organization must be aMicrosoftVolume License customer.
- Office Onlinehas been configured for your organization. ContactBlackBerrySupport for help configuringOffice Onlineto work withBlackBerry Workspaces.
- Office Onlineis enabled in the administration console.
- The file is from OOXML format (.docx, .pptx, .xlsx).
- The user has been granted copy-paste capabilities viaBlackBerry Workspacesfor the file.
- The file has not been restricted to "Spotlight" mode viaBlackBerry Workspaces.
- If working on a file in a workspace, the user must have been granted the capability to update all documents in the parent folder.
- If working on a received file, the user must be the file owner, or the file must have been shared in collaboration mode.
