Manage permissions
Add or remove members for existing permission sets.
- In the left pane, clickCentral Management.
- Filter theCentral Managementpane to show the desired entities. For more information, see Locate entities in Central Management.
- Access thePermissionstab.
- Select the permissions set that you want to edit.
- Click .
- To add members:
- Click
- In theAdd membersbox, enter the email addresses or distribution lists that you would like to add to the group.
- To notify members that users were added, clickNotify members.
- ClickAdd.
- Repeat these steps to add more members.
- To remove users:
- Select the user(s) that you want to remove.
- Click . The user is removed from the group.
Enter the name of a member in the search box to filter the displayed members. - ClickClose.
