Defining workspace roles
You can create custom roles and define their capabilities for use in your
organization. Workspace administrators can assign roles to individuals, groups, and email
domains. Role capabilities enable users to perform operations on workspaces, folders, and files
that they can access. The assigned role does not affect the user's capabilities for files they
upload.
