Add distribution lists
- In the left pane, clickCentral Management.
- Select theDistribution Liststab in the right pane.
- Click
- In theNamebox, enter the name of the new distribution list.
- In theUsers and distribution listsbox, enter the email addresses of the users and the names of other distribution lists that you want to define as members of the new distribution list. Separate email and addresses with commas.Distribution lists can be nested within other distribution lists.
- Enter an informative description in theCommentfield (optional).
- ClickAdd.A confirmation message confirms the operation and the new distribution entry appears in the list.
