Add users
- In the left pane, clickCentral Management.
- Select theUserstab in the right pane.
- Click .
- In theEmailbox, enter the user email address.
- In theAliasesbox, add any email aliases that are associated with the user, in a comma-delimited list. InBlackBerry Workspaces, the alias is used to associate files with the user. The alias cannot be used to sign in toBlackBerry Workspaces.You cannot define an alias that has already been defined for another user.
- In theUser Namebox, enter the user name.
- In theEnable organization rolesarea, select the roles that you want the user to have.
- If you want to disallow this user from changing the default file permissions when sending or sharing files, selectDisallow user from changing default sharing or sending permissions.
- If you want to allow this user to synchronize files to theBlackBerry Workspacesapp on theirWindowscomputer, selectEnable sync. This setting is available only when the "Enable sync" policy is disabled.
- ClickAdd.A confirmation message confirms the operation.
