Generate an inactive users report
You can generate a report that lists all inactive users from a selected date. The report includes the username, the date of the last activity, the last action, the name of the file on which the action was taken, and the client that was used.
Note that activities performed by users that authenticated using a custom OAuth IDP or as a Service Account are not captured in these reports.
- In the left pane, clickUsage.
- In theInactive usersarea, select the date to begin the report.
- ClickGenerate Report. The report is generated and sent to your email address as a .csv file.
