Add a Dropbox connector

connectorWhen you add a
Dropbox
connector, users that have the appropriate permissions can access the Dropbox
repository from BlackBerry Workspaces. To add a connector for a Dropbox
repository: - In the BlackBerry Workspaces Admin Console, clickContent Connectors.
- Click .
- In theRepository Typedropdown menu, selectDropbox.
- In theConnector Display Namefield, enter a name.
- In theAllowed Pathfield, enter the path to theDropboxrepository, such as https://www.dropbox.com.
- In theProvide access tofield, select one of the following:
- All organization: All workspace owners (users that are assigned theWorkspace ownerrole) in the organization can access this repository.
- Individual user: Only users that are assigned theIndividual connector workspace ownerrole can access this repository.
- ClickAdd.
Note that if your organization is blocking access to
Dropbox
, you must allow the OAuth authenticattion page through your firewall to allow users to login. All other operations through Dropbox
are completed through a server to server integration. The path that must be allowed is: https://www.dropbox.com/oauth2/ and any other URL with this prefix.
