Edit document permissions
- In the left pane, clickCentral Management.
- Filter theCentral Managementpane to show the desired entities. For more information, see Locating entities in Central Management.
- Access theDocumentstab.
- Select one or more documents. If necessary, perform a search to locate a document. For more information, see Locate entities in Central Management.
- Click .
- Select the group that you want to edit permissions for. ClickNext.
- Edit the groupNameandDescriptionif desired.
- Set the groupRole,Permissions,File expiration, andWatermarksettings as desired.To revoke permissions, Set thePermissionsetting toNo access.
- ClickApply.A confirmation message appears.
- ClickChange permissions.Your changes are saved and a message is sent to inform all group members.
