Add a group or user
    - In the left pane, clickCentral Management.
 - Select theWorkspacestab in the right pane.
 - Select the workspace that you want to add a group or user to.
 - Click
. TheAdd new permissionsdialog appears. - SelectGrouporUser.
 - If you selectGroup:
- In theGroup namebox, enter a group name.
 - In theGroup descriptionbox, enter a description (optional).
 - In theGroup membersbox, enter the email addresses or distribution lists for the group that you want to add (optional).
 - In theGroup Managersbox, enter the email addresses for the group managers (optional).
 
 - If you selectUser, in theUsersbox, enter the email addresses for the users that you want to add.
 - Click theNotify memberscheck box to notify users that new groups or users have been added to the workspace.
 - ClickNextto set permissions for the new group.
 - Select the group'sRole.
 - Select the group'sPermission.TheAdvanced Rights Managementpermissions set is available forBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES Mode andBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES (Restrict Full Access) Mode only.
 - In theFile expirationlist, set the time for when access to the file will expire. Select a specific date, a time period from the list, or never.
- If you selectSpecific date, click
 and choose the desired date from the calendar. 
 - In theWatermarklist, set whether workspaces PDF files are displayed with a watermark.
 - In theCommentinglist, set commenting to On or Off.
 - In theApply permissions toarea, chooseThis folder and subitems that inherit permissions onlyorThis folder and all subitems.
 - ClickAdd.A confirmation message appears confirming the operation. The new group is added to the workspace and all its subfolders and files.
