Define libraries to sync
Set which
SharePoint
libraries are synced with BlackBerry Workspaces
.- In the left pane, clickSharePoint Protector.
- If your organization has defined more than oneSharePointprotector, in theChoose connectorlist, select the desiredSharePointprotector.
- In theChoose SharePoint URLlist, select the URL for the relevantSharePointsite.The synced libraries list appears.
- To add a library, in theAdd librariesarea, click .
- Select the desired library(ies) and clickAdd.The libraries are synced and added to the synced libraries list. DefaultBlackBerry Workspacesworkspace administrators can now access theSharePointlibraries throughBlackBerry Workspaces, and assign user groups to access the workspace.
- If your organization is defined with the associated plans in theBlackBerry Workspaces Configuration Tool, configure internal protection per library:
- Click theInternal protectioncheckbox.
- In thePermission templatearea, select the desired permission template from the drop-down list.
- In theApply toarea, select one of the following:
- All filesto apply the selected permissions to users accessing any file in theSharePointlibrary
- Based on ICAPto haveBlackBerry Workspacescheck the ICAP permissions per access and to enable the user full access permissions when in compliance with the ICAP policy. If the policy does not allow full access permissions, the user has access based on the library permission template as set here.
- Repeat this task to sync libraries for differentSharePointURLs.
