Restore access

Restore access to workspaces, folders, or files for any workspace user.
  1. Beside the workspace, folder, or file that you want to restore a member's access to, tap And_menu icon
  2. Tap 
    Manage Access
    .
  3. To view all item members that do not currently have access, tap 
    And_menu icon
    Members with no access
    .
  4. Beside the member that you want to restore access for, tap And_menu icon > 
    Manage permissions
    .
  5. To add members and set permissions without notifying members, turn off 
    Notify members
  6. To change the member's role, tap And_menu icon  in the 
    Role
     area and select one of the following:
    • Visitors
    • Contributors
  7. To change the access permissions, tap And_menu icon in the 
    Permissions
     area and select the desired access level. 
  8. To set a file expiration, when the file will no longer be accessible by the recipients, tap And_menu icon in the 
    Expiration 
     area and select the desired time period. If you select 
    Specific date
    , specify the date and time. 
  9. To specify whether the file is displayed to recipients with a watermark, turn the 
    Watermark
     option on or off.  
    When watermarks are turned on and permissions are set to 
    Full access
    , watermarks are displayed in 
    Workspaces
     viewers on all files. When permissions are set to any of the 
    Download protected
     permissions, and files are downloaded, watermarks only display on PDF files and do not display on Office files opened in their native applications. Watermarks are set according to organizational policy. 
  10. To allow permitted users to post and to view comments in the file comments panel, turn on 
    Commenting
  11. Tap 
    Apply
    .
  12. In the confirmation message, tap 
    Change Permissions
    .
