Restore access
Restore access to workspaces, folders, or files for any workspace user.
- Beside the workspace, folder, or file that you want to restore a member's access to, tap .
- TapManage Access.
- To view all item members that do not currently have access, tap.Members with no access
- Beside the member that you want to restore access for, tap >Manage permissions.
- To add members and set permissions without notifying members, turn offNotify members.
- To change the member's role, tap in theRolearea and select one of the following:
- Visitors
- Contributors
- To change the access permissions, tap in thePermissionsarea and select the desired access level.
- To set a file expiration, when the file will no longer be accessible by the recipients, tap in theExpirationarea and select the desired time period. If you selectSpecific date, specify the date and time.
- To specify whether the file is displayed to recipients with a watermark, turn theWatermarkoption on or off.When watermarks are turned on and permissions are set toFull access, watermarks are displayed inWorkspacesviewers on all files. When permissions are set to any of theDownload protectedpermissions, and files are downloaded, watermarks only display on PDF files and do not display on Office files opened in their native applications. Watermarks are set according to organizational policy.
- To allow permitted users to post and to view comments in the file comments panel, turn onCommenting.
- TapApply.
