Acknowledge reading a file
If read acknowledgements are enabled in your organizations's environment, users can request read acknowledgement for files that they send to you or for all files in a workspace that they share with you. When you acknowledge that you have read a file, the user receives a notification.
You can access all the files that require your read acknowledgement from the main access menu under . You can also access each file from the workspace or folder where it is stored. Files pending acknowledgement are displayed with .
Pending acknowledgement
- Open a file that is pending read acknowledgement.
- At the bottom of the file, tapTap here to acknowledge you have read the file.
