Share your annotations
When you share annotations with other users, the recipients receive an email that contains a link to the annotated file.
The option to share your annotations is only visible for annotated files.
If you want to share your file with users who are not part of the workspace, either send a copy of the file (see Sending a copy of your file), or share the workspace (see Sharing a workspace) to add the user to the workspace and share your file with them.
- Tapbeside the file, then tapShare annotations.
- In theEnter name or emailsarea, do one of the following:
- To manually add recipient email addresses, enter the email addresses of the intended recipients.
- To select contacts from your device's contact list, tap and select the contacts you want to share the file with.
- In theSubjectarea, edit the email subject.
- In theAdd a personal messagebox, add a personal message.
- TapSHAREto share the file.Authorized recipients can view the file by tapping on the link in the received email. If a recipient does not have permission to access the file, they are prompted to request access permissions when they tap the link received in the email.
