Send commands to users and devices

In the management console, on the menu bar, click

Users > Managed devices

Do one of the following:

Task	Steps
Send a command to a specific user or device	Search for and click a user. On the device tab, in the Manage device section, click the appropriate command.
Send a bulk command to multiple users or devices	Search for and select multiple users. From the command menu above the user list, click the appropriate command. Note the following maximum device limits for a single bulk command: Locate devices: Maximum of 100 devices. Add to user groups: Maximum of 200 devices. Remove devices: Maximum of 200 devices. Delete all device data: Maximum of 200 devices. Delete only work data: Maximum of 200 devices. Edit device ownership: Maximum of 100 devices. Update OS: Maximum of 200 devices.
