Working with comments
You can comment on a file to start a discussion about it. You can mention other people in your comments so that they are notified. You can add comments from the Comments tab in the content area or the online viewer.
- To view comments on a file when working in theBlackBerry WorkspacesWeb Application, select a file and click theCommentstab in the right pane.

. - When you view comments, type in the search bar to filter comments.
The ability to comment on files is enabled by organizational policy. Contact your organization administrator for more information.
