Upload a new version of a file
You can upload new versions of files in workspaces or in the
Sent items
area.- Browse to the file for which you want to upload a new version.
- Next to the file, click >Upload new version.
- Locate and select the file(s) that you want to upload, and clickOpen.The file is uploaded toWorkspaces.
- To notify users that have access to this document, ensure thatNotify group members and usersis selected.
- If desired, change the subject of the notification email.
- If you want to send a personal message with the new version notification, enter your message in theAdd a personal messagebox.
- ClickNext.
- ClickDone.The new version replaces the existing file in the workspace. Should you need to roll back to an earlier version, you can do so at any time. See Restoring a file to an earlier version for more information.
