Send a message to workspace members
Send an email message to one, all, or selected members of the selected
workspace, folder, or file. A link to the selected item is included in the email
message.
- In the content area, select the desired workspace, folder, or file.
- Access thePermissionstab of the management pane.
- Select the group(s) and members that you want to message from the member list.
- Click .Sending a message to an email domain is not supported.
- In theSubjectbox, enter a subject for the message.
- In theMessagebox, enter text for your message.
- ClickSend.A confirmation message confirms the operation.
