Send a message to workspace members

Send an email message to one, all, or selected members of the selected workspace, folder, or file. A link to the selected item is included in the email message.
  1. In the content area, select the desired workspace, folder, or file.
  2. Access the
    Permissions
    tab of the management pane.
  3. Select the group(s) and members that you want to message from the member list.
  4. Click The message icon.
    Sending a message to an email domain is not supported.
  5. In the
    Subject
    box, enter a subject for the message.
  6. In the
    Message
    box, enter text for your message.
  7. Click
    Send
    .
    A confirmation message confirms the operation.
