Add new groups, individuals,

groups, or an email domain to workspaces, folders, and files. - Next to the workspace, folder, or file for which you want to manage permissions, tap.

- Select the group type or user.User typeActionGroup
- TapGroup.
- Enter a group name.
- Enter email addresses or distribution lists.
User- TapUser.
- Enter email addresses of users you want to add.
Email domain- TapEmail domain.
- Enter the domain name. For example,domain.com
Active Directory group- TapActive Directory group.
- Enter theActive Directorygroup name and a description.
- If you selected to add a user or email domain, skip to the Step 7. If you selected to add a group, in theEnter group namefield, enter a name for the group you are adding.
- Add group members using theEnter email addresses or distribution listsfor the new members of the group.
- (Optional) Select or add members to theAdd group managersarea to grant specific members rights to add or remove other group members from the group, but no other permissions.
- In theApply permissions tooption, select to apply the permissions you are creating, as limited only to this folder and the inhereted subitems permissions, or, to this folder and all subitems.For more information, see Customizing access to folders or files.By default, the first option is selected. If you chose to set the permission to include this folder and all subitems, it will override any instances of broken inheritance.
- In theRolearea, tap
and select a role.
For more information, see Roles.If you set the role of anActive Directorygroup to Administrator, this rolecannotbe changed later. If you set the role of anActive Directorygroup to Contributor or Visitor, the role cannot be changed to Administrator at a later time. - In thePermissionarea, tap
and select a permissions set.

For more information, contact your organization administrator. - In theExpirationarea, tap
and select when access is revoked.
Select a specific date, a time period from the list, or never. If you selectSpecific date, select a date from the calendar and tapDone. - ToggleWatermarkto the on position to impose a watermark on the files when accessed fromWorkspacesviewers.
