Share your comments
When adding comments, if you mention another user or enter their
email address using the comment
@
feature, they receive an email
notification advising them of your mention, that contains a link to the file. The ability to add file comments is dependent on your
organizational policy. For more information, contact your organization
administrator.
- Next to the file, tap.Comment
- Use the@option within the comment to mention a specific user name or email address.
- When finished, tapPost.Authorized recipients can view the comments by tapping on the link in the received email. If you mentioned a user or email address that does not have comment permissions on the file, but has access rights on the file, they are prompted to request comment permissions when they tap the link in the received email.
